Lot of August Approvals

I went into the August 2002 tracker. I see lot of approvals... can we expect some approvals soo???:D

A Very Interesting Question about Congressman's Response

g723..yours is typical case of I-140 pending..then applying
I-485 while I-140 is pending ( basically Joint Filing )
and finally I-485 approval.

Mine's exactly similar to yours; my I-485 was applied in
Mid Sept 2002.

Well, what I did was to contact Senator Lautenberg's Office.
As is typically the case, this person named Ankit Desai
calls me back saying that I should not even expect I-485
decision at least 9-12 mths before my I-140 approval
( by the way my I-140 approval came in after 13 months on
Sept 2003 ).

If the Senator's Office is correct, g723 shouldnt have gotten
his approval either, as it comes 5 months after his I-140
approval date.

The Conclusion ? Don't ask or contact or believe what people
from these Senator's Offices say...I think they are just
giving junk answers so that u cat say that they are not
responding.

did you apply for EAD renewal? I did. Mine is AC21 case.

I wish we get approval before our FP expires.

My 2nd EAD is approved per online status today. I applied in September, 03. My AP application sent on the same day is still pending.

Anyone filed in September, 02 received 2nd FP notice?

It looks like you just missed the approval based on theory of 'recently applied EAD or AP'.

But I wish you get your approval based on theory of 'avoiding 2nd FP'.

ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO SCAN 02-287 SERIES?
