It looks like they stopped after Jan 29th. I verified all the cases for my company for Jan 2004 and they all have been certified. The next cases are in Feb 2 and they are still Received.
The distance between last cas in Jan and the first case in Feb for my company is 6 cases

No more approvals for next 2 months?

It seems they are working a month on our regional cases and take 2 or 3 months on other regional cases. If this is right we don't see any approvals for next 2 months. Is it correct?

Hi guys,
I heard from my lawyer's legal assistant that although my SWA is Oregon, the Fed DOL is San Francisco. Although my company is incorporated in CA the LC would would go to Regional DOL ie; Seattle DOL, correct?

perhaps she is ignorant of the fact that the seattle queue is also processed in San Francisco.
