Did anybody get the official approval notice ?

It has been 3 weeks since I knew it was certified through the phone message. I am still waiting for the approval notice.

I got my notice on August 4. Knew it certified through phone on July 30th. Certified on July 28.

I have questions.

My LC Application is still in WA SESA (PD- May 2003)but I have questions. (i know i have to wait and wait again)
How can I know that my case is transfered to regional office and certified at regional office? Did you guys get the letter of notice from your lawyer or regional offce directly?
Another question, How do you know what your case # is? Do I already have case # like yours or Am I going to get the case # when I get the letter of notice regarding to LC transfer from WA SESA or DOL?

First of all check to WA SESA process date, once they reached to your PD, you will get a notice from them if not check with your lawyer, then Regional will send you/your lawyer a notice where it has your case# and all other information to find out your case status. Note: WA sesa case# is different then Regional Case#.

Status on Regional Labor ??

Hi,

Thanks a lot for all the updates on the case status.

My case was transferred from WA SESA to SFO DOL on Dec 22 2003 and it is not yet approved. I talked to my lawyer and he refused to give me the case number since that can be used by my company for aother candidate if I leave company and also refused to check the status on the case saying it is too early and wants to give soe more time, it is all typical lawyer nonsense....

I'd like to know how long shall I wait before I can blast my HR and then the lawyer to check the status on the case ?

Not yet approved, no RFE yet nothing has happened yet on my case...
