Seattle Regional DOL Tracker

Still no receipt

My case priority date is in June 2002. According to my lawer's office and the Washington State DOL, my case was forwarded to the regional office in May but I still havn't got a receipt from the regional office. My lawer's assistant asked me to waite until September. I don't understand why it would take such a long time to simply get the receipt?! Is there any way for me to find out whether the case is received by the regional office?

Could anybody enlight me?
 
Go to the local office to do status check. September is not goo far off, hence it might be prudent to go with your lawyer's advice and wait for 2 more weeks.

Just heard that one of my co-workers friend's federal LC got certified today. His RD is (02/27/04).

gparappuram: Is yours got certified?
 
Nope..R u sure it is not 01/27..I know some cases of 02/09, not certified..case number 09578432..a random number I tried.
 
It is difficult to understand how DOL works and how case numbers are assigned..case number 0958442 is certified with RD 2/13...
 
Did any one called DOL in SFO

Hi,
I called SFO regional offfice and heard the message. It said as follows:

If you are refering to Washington (which I am) then the status is Current. What does that mean? So all the cases which will come to SFO office will approve instantly.

Please reply if anyone has some experience on this.

Its Current for Non RIR Cases... All Western States (Except CA) RIR Current Processing Date is February 2004

I just checked and my case is certified on Aug 23rd..Thanks Almighty..I was so tensed being on the verge of 6 yr completion.
