Some Questions!

Is this list for Seattle Washington only? Can the dates are different for each state? When I called DOL It says they are processing the cases filed on July 2004 for permanent, what is it mean?

From SESA to Regional DOL

Hi guys,

How long after SESA (Oregon) processes the LC does it take for it to reach Regional DOL (and get a RD stamped on the LC).
Is it just that that happens within a day or 2 but it takes a few weeks for us to receive the letter/info?

Also, could some one put in which SESA the approvals are from.

How do you know when your processing is complete? My regional office receive date was 02/02/2004 but I received the notice on 03/10/2004. Thats a good 1+ month before I actually received the notification that my application was received.

Does the 'Certified On' date posted mean the date you were notified or the date your application was put in the processing queue for the second stage?

It took only two days for my case to reach regional office.
It was transferred on July 12th and was received on July 14th. I haven't
got any letter yet, but I got the info from the telephone info system.
My case was approved from Idaho SESA.

Any updates from SeattleLC ?. I would recommend them to telephone and check the status with case number..

The telephone info sys is that 415-975-4617 then 1 then 2
I entered my employer's phone number and got a match
with RD of July 14th. Since there is no other H1B in this company
and I know my case left Idaho on 12th, I know that case is mine.
