Hi GCin2005

I think your case will be considered as before 12-31-2004. I heard through one of my friends (He has been told by his attorney) that the application date should have been dated before 12-31-2004. So they will treat your application as received before 12-31-2004 even though it reached them today. Don't worry. :)

What is you PD? if your PD is after Jan 1 2003 and EB3, I am sorry to say you just missed it as per the memo!. Please see the following link for the memo andhow will treat your case

As per the memo what jayjo7 said is correct. I gave the information as per the attorney's statement to my friend who was in your situation. So sorry if confused you. Let us wait and see.

I received a copy of the DOL confirmation letter from my attorney this afternoon, confirming that my LCA has been certified.

For the next stage, what thread do I move on to?
