Seattle Regional DOL Tracker

According to my lawyer the regional SFO office will be kept open longer than initially thought and is probably still processing cases from the Western states. They haven't been transferred to BEC (she claims they haven't received a single letter from BPC for their cases transferred last year to regional). The recent approvals for cases transferred in June 2004 confirm that. Or at least I hope that's the case.

My info:
Regional number : 09592xxx RD 09/07/2004

I inquired the BPC about the status of my case and their answer was - new case # not yet assigned. I read it as my case hasn't been transferred yet.

My thought of our cases in this queue

I guess maybe the reason that no assigned new case # means NOT TRANSFER YET. I just hope our cases are still in SFO DOL and will be processed in SFO DOL. Then, we will get our cases processed faster.

Could you do us a favor by checking your case status in BPC. The reason that I ask you is that your case (RD 06/28/2004) is the oldest case that we know in this queue. If the Response for your case status from BPC is also "CASE # NOT YET ASSIGNED", it might mean that cases in this queue is still in SFO DOL. Thank you.

DOL Cases not transferred

My lawyer has told me that DOL Seattle cases have not been transferred to BEC. Hope they start moving (faster).

My RD is July 14th, case no:09588XXX, still waiting. Hopefully it's not

I second that.
In response to my email to BEC, i too got a "CASE # NOT YET ASSIGNED".

Well, here go our hopes on a roller coaster ride!!
The DOL should send Prozac along with the "45-day letters" to the applicants!!

My case certified on 3/11

For your reference, I just heard my case (priority date June 21 2004) was certified on 3/11. So it looks like the queue is moving again. Good luck folks!

I'm really hoping that SFO haven't transferred our applications. I received too a letter from my attorney, that same msg from BEC wherein they haven't assigned case number. Hopefully, that really states that my case is still with Seattle queue.

Hi guys,
Has anyone heard of any approvals this week?
Seems like the SFO DOL moving forward on the CA cases, what about the Western States queue?

Also, it is hard to track the seatle queue case numbers, because it is not in consecutive order. Anybody have clues how to easily locate seatle queue case numbers so that we can track the processing date more conveniently.

Are'nt there any "sweet ladies" @ the SFO DOL who are kind enough to answer our questions like @ the Bostong DOL (http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?p=1101994#post1101994)

Does any one know for certain that the Seattle/Western States queue will not be sent to the BEC till Jan 2006?
Thanks AZ-RIR for googling the AVM. I know its not easy from trying a couple of times without success.

Here is more info from one of the gurus here...

1. Will Regional DOLs (SFO, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago) continue to work on the Queues?
SF, NY & Boston Regional DOL will continue processing cases till Jan-2006.

3. SFO has a seattle and a western states queue, are they different of the same?
It has allways been different queue/ different staff

4. How many resources/personnel are working at these Regional DOLs?
Very Few.. We will have to ask the exact number to each DOLs directly

5. Will the http://workforcesecurity.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp reflect the progress of these Regional queues?
Good Question.. This need to be asked to DOL
