You need to call AVM and find the numbers and the RD and then find the Processing date. It is bit a long process but it is worth it. We know exactly what RD cases processing this week.

This information is RIR and other than CA. (WA,OR,ID, etc. I don't remember all the states. Other than CA in CA processing region)

C means Certified.
NOF Notice of finding
D Denied

Thanks GCin2005. I will start from today. I hope mine will be taken soon, as the most latest date that shows in your list is Apr 27. My RD is 05/24/2004.

I don't mean to supress your anxiety,
because, iam from az and my rd is apr 04 with rd 09580652. So the postings are all for seattle DOl ,not for AZ. My case is still at DOl.

Thanks AZGC. But as per website it shows they process March 2003 for CA. April 2004 for rest of the states which includes AZ also. So I think the list that shows may include AZ cases also. I would like to mention one thing, which may surpirse you. One of my friends SF DOL RD July 2004 from AZ got approved already. So I hope that this list has all states other than CA.
 
Your friend case may be NON-RIR?

Did you file I-140 or still collecting documents? I hope you do before the cut off date come into effect.

Great. In the worst case scenario, 20 cases remaining from April should not be too bad;I guess I should be able to get my RD=May 10th 2004 case processed within the next couple of weeks ! Thanks much GCin2005. Please keep it up.

Srihar, I am from AZ too. The information you provided did surprise me. Do you know your friend's case number by any chance? I want to call AVM and check the numbers near by to see if there is any clue of what happened. Look like AZGC's case is still at DOL.So looks to me the cases from AZ is slower than seattle DOl by aronud one month? Too bad we don't have a seperate thread to track AZ and any other remaining western states. Should we three start one?

Sorry AZcentral. I don't know his case number and other details. One thing I can say, he is LUCKY. My SF DOL RD is May 2004. Thanks

The Nebraska service center received my petition today, it takes between 3 to 4 weeks to file. According to the law firm and other friends, you will be lucky if you manage to file with in three weeks. See you all guys soon in next stage i.e other threads
