Scanner's case status

Actually, I donot have your Email address. Anyways... you can google for proxies. And you will see huge list there. You can even capture those proxies into a file.txt and call it at command line "java -jar scanner.jar [-nolocal] -suck file.txt " option. Correct!

Not sure what is going on in Texas. I havnt seen a single approval message in last 2 days. aaaaaarghhh

Should I apply for I140 again? Maybe that will be faster...
 
Make sure you don't file concurrently with I485 this time .... you may get approved in days, buddy :)

Hi all

I am new user in this group.

I had submitted my I-140 in CSC on 18 Aug 05.RFE is on 15 March 06.Any body have idea how much time it will take to aproove my case. My I-140 is for Shedule A job

You can see a distinct difference in number of cases touched after 80... Its near the date which is given in the Texas processing dates report. I think they dont have enough number of people working on the cases before the date given in Texas processing dates report.

Its in fact quite later than that. The bottom 4-5 rows are all Feb. Many updates there. But report says its Jan 19. So, its just a guideline range and their processing dates will be somewhere else
 
Gosh, will they ever touch my case??? mine was OCT/25th (ND) and still no update since it was transferred to TSC.

I am new to the forum here and have been reading posts. My receipt number is WAC05257XXXX. I have no clue where this case is? Do you guys have any information on whether cases around this period have been transferred from CSC to TSC or not, and if there were any approvals at all. You guys seem to be running some cool scanner. Would really appreciate your thoughts and assistance.

The cases that have Received status are the ones which are dont have the updated status of being moved to TSC. These are 15 in number. I think these are also in TSC - the online status might not have been updated for these...

I only check for I140s ... and I have seen just one RFE being sent today....

I started my day eating yogurt. Do you want me try out tomorrow also, as I don't see any case movement/approval today? What did you eat today? Hey Sourav Ganguly ...Iam Kidding ...OK.

By the way, its plain and simple if you run the database altogether. I don't understand why are you seperating 258-260 from 001-009? Since they are the contiguous numbers, its easy for you to run iin one batch. Correct? The more you fork it the more is difficult to manage it. Are you worried of proxie servers??? When I had created database, I never had a problem of running out of proxie list. The problem is some how script was bailing out at some point of time.

Could you please include 257 as well in the scanner, if it is not too much of a problem. My RD is Sep 27 and it has WAC05257XX. You would be doing me a huge favor.
