LUD means what

Hard to tell... the online status doesnt specify the EB category.

I filed I140 on June 6th '06, noticed an LUD through the web, but no email notification. Does LUD means they will either approve/refuse/the case or will issue RFE? Or just a part of the process only.

LUD Means your case has been touched.
It can be either Approval/Denial/RFE/Reviewed by Officer/Any other update/

EB3 LC substitution- Nov 2001
I140-Applied date- 12/11/2005 CSC>TSC in 3/29/2006 , when will my I140 be approved.

Does any one whose I140 transfered from CSC>TSC got approaved with LC Substitution-EB3 category.

I485 Not applied, under retro.

i could not find the link to talkative's post. can you send me a link, please? Is it possible to run the scanner for individual cases?
my 140 was submitted to CSC on 11/02/2005 and i have not heard anything on it, not even a transfer notice.

mike, you got it right. I'm glad its being useful. Sure I will pass it around when I leave.

Basically, 1st column is date. If its WAC060205xxxx, I refer it as 20 and so on. So, this spreadsheet report status of cases that are spread 10 days. As mine is near Jan 26,2006 I'm scanning more there. Call me selfish. hehe.. Scanning databases from Oct end - Feb end, we have a clue as which dates USCIS is picking up / processing the cases. Is it FIFO or everywhere or...
