Scanner's case status

As per scanner there are some approvals from 02-06,
but we didn't see a single approval post from any individual on these dates, atleast we didn't see any concurrent EB2 approvals right.
 
Am i right ?

I am not 100 % sure about how to read the report.

My case # is WAC-06-100-5xxxx.

So i assume...from your latest report. I should pay attention to... Row #18

Row #18 shows that there is only 117 case # with case # start with WAC-06-100-XXXXX and i am one of them, am i correct ?

Does this # 117 is the total case that they have or this number is due to limitation of the scanner ( Bandwidth, time, etc).
What i mean is that if you spend more resources to scan on row # 18, you will received many more cases.
 
khchan.. on 100th working day, only 117 cases were filed for I140 and thier status is in the previous columns. Usually, USCIS gets anywhere between 100-140 of them. Dont worry I have spent hours and days getting these databases and building an exhaustive proxy list.

My case number is WAC060025xxxx. If Im reading your reports correctly then others with dates after mine have got their 140 cleared. Is this normal? Or do I need to be worried and contact my attorney?

Do you guys have any idea when would it be the 21st USCIS working day? would it be between 5th-10th may?

USCIS works in mysterious days. perm_faq is in same situation too, I guess his is 003 or 002.

1st working day of USCIS is Oct 1st. So 21st is around Oct end-Nov beginning.

There are so many approvals on cases from 002-006, but why anyone of us not getting approved..any idea..I didn't even see one approval post from 002-006 cases in this forum

Actually there was an approval mentioned today - http://boards.immigration.com/showpost.php?p=1406340&postcount=259 .. if my date estimations are right, the date should fall between 002 and 006.

But even if you do handcount I dont think there are that many people between 002 and 006 on this forum. Number of transfered cases after the approvals today stands at 475.

Ah I understand now so 06021 means oct 21st, But the approval date on rough estimate?

No. Thats not true.

In WACYYDDD receipt number, YY = year, DDD = USCIS Working day [not calender days] in a fiscal year (Oct to Sept).

Some thinking about the scanner results and USCIS online system.

According to the news somewhere i read in mid march 2006
" 15,000 I-140 Cases from CSC to TSC Done In Preparation for USCIS' "Bi-Specialization" Program"

According to arouncoumar's 04/18/06's report
for the total case received by CSC each day.

average = 92 cases
median = 105 cases..

so.. it is about 100 cases every working day.

then from mid september 05 to ~~03-23-06.. is about 150 working day.

So.. looks like the USCIS online system and the scanner script is doing a very good job..

My case is WAC060065**** and my I140 is not yet approved. RD 0ct 8th 2005, EB2 concurrent filing in CSC ; txfrred to TSC On MArch 22nd 2006. Is this the info that you are looking for ?

Yes, I am in the same boat, ND 10/07 WAC060065xxxx , EB2 concurrent, still waiting. Like us there are around 10 people in this forum waiting for the approvals. Looking like so far none of us in the approvals list, as per scanner there are some approvals happening from those dates..hope we also get the approval soon.

You are right,he is from the same dates... But He is EB3 , He got RFE, I think he got the approval from CSC.

Dude, what can I say. It is depressing. I added 001 and 009 to the db also. Now the table is as follows:

Case approvals have been trickling down at the rate of 4-7 per day. So it will easily take 3-4 months to cover all the cases.
