As the fate goes, my case falls in to the skipped territory. My case was applied BS+5 as the requirement. I was hoping my case will be cerrtified without NOF, because some of my employer cases were certified, and some received NOF's.
My company doesn't test the market (Corporate policy on this issue) and it could be a long wait....

Raj, you WILL get the approval soon. It's always been the case that 31/32 cases are approved in a parallel queue, which is little delayed from rest of the assembly line. Thanks again for your regular approval updates.

Dear, don't worry and donot be sad. Usally they will come back for the skipped cases and certify. I don't see any reason for user case to send the NOF. Good luck and cheer up :)

Tracking Spreadsheet from Mar31 to APril 30 RD cases

Guys, here is the spreadsheet attached, which I used to track cases. As you know my case is skipped, I will not be tracking cases any more. Some one can take over this spreadsheet and handle tracking.. and pass on..

Inquiring about the skipped case

My case has been filed from AZ with a RD Aug 2004 and is skipped :( If I have my HR send an email to the DOL inquiring about the status, would they process it??? :(

After years of waiting, I finally understood why everyone who got certified kept saying 'sweet sound of certified'. I heard it today, through the damn crackle on the AVM.

PERM processing.

Guys:

Anyone has filed here for PERM processing and got approvals? My lawyer is suggesting to go for PERM processing, which is again additional cost 2K, and since i am paying for all expenses, need to know about PERM.

Surprisingly, no, it was not in that long list. I called up myself and through the crackle, heard 'certified' and then of course, later in the day, the lawyers also called.
