DOL started processing Apr 14 as per new AVM

Progress....update

DOL started processing Apr 14 as per new AVM. Please go to option 1/1 and you will hear the same. I am not sure if they certified all Apr 11 or sent RFE.

There is nothing shocking or Badluck or something strange in CASE going to PHILLY BEC.. 50% of SF DOL Regional Cases went to DALLAS & 50% to PHILLY. This is clear since BEC started operation ( if you guys remener the first time SF DOL decleared that 10K cases will be moved to Philly & 10K ro Dallas - back in Sept -2004).

None of the BECs has started working full swing yet. I strongly believe that you guys will get approvels in FIFO with Dallas folks.

Just found this board today...lol, can anyone tell me what is the umber for avm?

my pd is 4/01, rd is 11/04

I think my case is at dallas now, still haven't received 45 day letter. any help is appreciated.

AVM is working, since this morning, after I had called in the DOL office, and told them that AVM is not working for a week. I did leave a voice message on Friday too, for which the lady from DOL called back today. (I just looked for contacts from DOL websites for phone numbers :) )

AVM is working, but I couldn't see any updates on certified cases.

Also I confirm that if you call this # 415 975 4601 and choose 1, 1 then the message recorded today (5/23) says that they are continuing processing of DOL received cases from APR 14, 2003 to APR 28, 2003.

While I am happy that it states Apr 14, I am also concerned why and how they skipped over the remaining Apr 11 cases. I was not expecting that they would reach Apr 14 so quickly....

Yes, but at least we have entered 4/14. That's a step in the forward direction. At least we are not spending months on the same date.

What are your job requirements, at the time of applying for labor? If you fall in to the category mentioned by Carlson's memo, You will hear good news soon.

RSDIGHE from this forum, who had 4/11 case, along with couple of his colleagues case still states Received, but they got NOF (3 Option letter) on May 16, 2003. RSDIGHE's case is skipped on 4/26. This might give some clue to your tracking case..

Thnaks Raj. I have been silent observer since last few months.
It's nice to see 4/14, but it worries to see many skipped cases.Mine is 4/16.
