San Francisco Regional DOL Tracker

Still think I belong to this tread...isn't it for all SF DOL cases?

anyway, checked several number this morning, here they are:
9560011 certified on 6/1/05
9560013 certified on 6/2/05
9560020 certified on 6/2/05

assume all the #s in between are certified as well? Looks like they process according this 95x number, that's RD, not PD, am I right?
 
Looks like my case also got skipped but I will wait... It doesn't make sense to see them skipping almost 50 cases in between.

Sometimes they dont update the avm immediately.

Maybe your case was approved, I just tried the 956xxx to see the progress, didn't check 955xxxxs.
 
Help wanted EB2-EB3 issues

Hi Gurus,
Been a long time reader. This is my first post.
Now that its so near but seeming so far.
I have the following question.

I was going over the ads our company released and they are asking for BS+3.
I did have have BS+3 before I joined the company. I did my Masters after I joined the company and completed it before thay applied for Labor.
When I enquired recently, the lawyer told me that they have applied for EB2.
When I mentioned the ads do not reflect that a Master is required. He is of the notion that the ad is a minimum requirement and your skill need not be a exact match of the Ad but could be better than that.

Now my question is what is most likely response in this scenario. I hoping my case will get opened within the next couple of months. God forbid, I want to be ready with any paper work required to answer any queries by the DOL.

Still no news on my case. Our attorney's are not friendly to understand concerns. My case falls in EB-3 Category. I know for labor EB-3 or EB-2 do not matter, but having some doubt that they are holding EB-3 a while?
GC_DREAMS, can you confirm the status of your case... Is it certified or still in received status? What category is your case (EB-2, EB-3) ?

My case is also not certified yet and it's EB3. No recent layoff's (only happened in 2001) and lot of hiring going on for the past 6 months. Not sure why our cases are going on hold.

I had a brief moment of optimism when the DOL
http://www.immigration.com/processing-times/dol.html
showed that it was now working on Now processing applications recieved 08/2004 from the Seattle Regional office.

Given the my LC app was sent to the regional offiice Seattle and then to San Francisco on 07/2004 I was hoping that mine would be processed soon. However from the Case # the latest seems to be around 09560036 and since mine is 09588639 it does not seem to correlate whith the date DOL's date.

If I assume they process 50 LC application per day it still leaves me waiting form another 1.5 years.

Anyone have any better insight on this. Comments would be appreciated.

First, SF DOL case numbers are not in a Sequence..
Second, SF & Seattle (Other States) have different Queues.
Third, 09560036 & around are SF DOL case numbers.. You might want to check the Seattle Thread for latest approval in that queue. Your case should be approved soon.

How do you track these cases. I called 415-598-4133 then 1/1, it transfer me to general VM. How do you track a particular case no.??

Hi Raj:

My reading tells me that the same thing that labor certifcation shouldn't be a matter for certifying either EB2 or EB3.

Do you think all the skipped cases are belonging to EB3..?
