San Francisco Regional DOL Tracker

Certified

Friends

Finally I heared the sweet news from my attorney. I got the 3 options letter last month and my company chose to re-test the market. Placed one ad waited for 2 weeks and replied to DOL on Monday. They certified it on Tuesday. Really very quick.

My DOT code was ...031. and filing date in SFO DOL was 2/14/2003.

Good luck to all of you and I will start waiting in 140/485 queue.

Thanks

Hello!

As all of you (I assume) have passed through the SWA's let me ask my question here. My priority date at the CA SWA was the 12/12/2003 (which was reached on the 17th of Sep '04). Someone else with the same PD has recieved a RFE notice last Fri (24th of Sep), and I have not heard anything. Any ideas?

Regards,

Emil

hbcsc153,

I think your HR should receive notice end of this week or next week. My case (PR: 12/9/03) was just transfered to DOL and HR received letter this Monday 12/27/04. The notice just said the case was transfered to DOL.

GP111, You are doing a great service to the people waiting on their labor certs. A question I have is: How do you get this information?

Congrats spanneerselvam.

Can you give us some more details like, how may resumes you got for the add and when did your attorney responded to DOL.

I am kind of in the same boat. My PD was 1/21/2003 and we recived 3 option letter on 24 June 04 and gave an add in SF Chronical on July 19 and responded to DOL on 19th August 2004. We did not receive any resumes for that add.

It's been 6 weeks and we did not receive any thing from DOL yet.

thanks
Praveen

I guess that are updating AVM once a week nowadays since all the last approved cases we found were of Sept 24 ... Lets hope they update AVM for this weeks processed cases over the weekend...

How long after retest?

Does any one have idea about timefrmate and success rate of labor approval after retest results are submitted

My labor was transferred to DOL (from state) in mid feb 2003 and
we received 3 option letter (BS + 6 month in advertisement)
just sent reply for 3 option letter

1. How long it generally take for DOL to decide on retest results?
2. How are the approval chances (we did not get any response to our advertisement)

My LC RIR in Seattle was advertised as BS+18 months experience required. Regional SESA reviewed OK and transferred to DOL Federal in May 2004. Do you know if DOL normally may require for such "3 option letter" at this stage, or if that 3 option letter should have been done earlier at the SESA level ? I have seen people BS+24 months getting certifications OK, not sure if I will go thru this...

GP,

A simple question, why I always see skip in the dates.
i.e 3/10 - Mon, 3/12 - Wed, we are missing 3/11.

Do they receive application only in certain dates?
