# of cases in March'03

Hi gp111,
Some time back you had posted a breakup of # of cases on each March day till March 14th. Can you please post it again if you still have it? If you can share how you got that list, that would be great too.

Hello

My case LC is pending with san francisco SWA following are the details.

1. Priority Date: 10-05-2001 (Originally RIR), EB2, Masters +11/2 years exp.
2. Was approved form state in 2002 and sent to Labor dept but was automatically remanded to state some time in 2003.
3. For some time later it again went to Labor department and in Jan 2004 was given 3 choices.
a. withdraw the application.
b. retest the market with one day ad.
c. put in traditional labor certification.
4. My company lawyer recommended putting it in traditional labor. According to him my priority date is retained as 10-05-2005. The request to put in traditional labor was made to Labor department in March 2004, so it’s back with state queue again for the third time.

I am hoping that BEC would pick my case.

I have not heard back from lawyer yet.

I was wondering if any one in similar situation has any updates.

Send an email to get status where the file is and you may get reply within 3 to 9 days.

Presently, no phone tracking or inquiries are being provided/accepted. The email info for atty/agents and employers is:

This is my first post to this very userful and informative forum. I did receive the 45-day letter from Philly DOL

DOL: SFO DOL
PD: 09/24/2002
RD: 11/08/2003.

The HR manager had received many more letters the same day (February 5th).

Does anybody to know how to check the status of my case. I went to flcdatacenter.com and tried entering this information along with my company name and state. Nothing showed up. any help on finding my status is appreciated.

Yes I did.. The response I got was a letter attached herewith.. I don't know why they did not provide me the new case number!

my case is about the same time as yours ... the lawyer received it on Monday and replied with ' continue ' ...

Hi GP111
I had received response very similar to the one you received, when I had sent a query to the same email address. It seems they had already dispatched a 45-day letter to me around the same time frame. So my theory is that for people whose 45-day letter is in transit they are sending the response you and I received. I think you might get your 45-day letter within this week.

I got the same response as yours except that I have got my new case number.

how did you get status?

Hi GP111,

Dd you send the inquiry email yourself or via your attorney or company HR? Did you provide your company address also?

The response is a USPS letter, not email, is that correct? So, what was this letter address to? Whose name and which address, I mean weather it's the address you provided with your email or the address on your record ? Thanks very much!
