If I cannot apply for the 485 but just I140 - how long do I have to continue working for current employer before I can change jobs ?
I am trying to understand the consequences of the retrogression ( if it happens )
Lets hope it doesn't .
Heartiest congratulations. Good luck for next steps.will_get_there1 said:Finally certifed after 33 months of wait .. some recent certifications -

As per lastest processing times
CSC is processing I-140/485 in 10 months or less !

Thanks for the help.
So does this mean that a new case filed on 1/1/05 (say) will be processed by NPC right away - much before BEC processes the unopened cases? This way is really unfair to the current pending cases at SWA/SESA!!gp111 said:All UnOpen Cases filed at SESA before Jan, 01 2005 will go to BEC while all the cases filed after Jan 01, 2005 will go to NPC
