Keepfaith.. keep Faith !! Looks like DOL is not updating AVM but is surely processing January 17 to 25 cases ( as per my attorney )...lets wait for next AVM update or someone lucky approval posting !

Thanks for the info Gp111 - hopefully by this Independence day, DOL will set us free from their tentacles. Any idea why DOL is not updating the AVM system?

Thanks!!

Question on PERM

I have a question for all gurus out there: your advice will be greatly appreciated! (This may be beneficial to others as well who are considering filing GCs from other states)

Is it possible to file a PERM labor condition with a company B while a RIR LC by company A is pending? Is it a requirement to be employed by company B in order to get an LC approval?

Assuming the PERM LC can be approved without being employed by that company, are the subsequent 140/485 stages possible?

Thank you gp111. DOL is trying to drive my family nuts. You guys are always so helpful.

Is it possible to file a PERM labor condition with a company B while a RIR LC by company A is pending?

---YES..

Is it a requirement to be employed by company B in order to get an LC approval?

-- NO

Assuming the PERM LC can be approved without being employed by that company, are the subsequent 140/485 stages possible?

---YES

Multiple companies can apply LC for one Individual & there are no requirement for current employment with them in any stage of Green Card process... Only Question is WHEN is PERM starting.. hopefully before 2010 !

How to find specific processing dates in that month ?

Just checked the AVM ,

found following new cases with DOL date of Jan 17th updated as Certified and AVM updated on June 22nd

09545110
09545111

Can you tell what is AVM ? Can I find specific processing dates on Jan 2003 ?

I noticed in workforcesecurity.doleta.gov, last updated on June 2004 and Processing Time is Jan 2003. I couldn't see specific dates.

AVM : Current Processing dates : 415-975-4601 (press 1,1)
AVM : Case Status : 415-975-4617 (Press 1,1 if you know case number, Press 1,2 for using employer phone number)

Please advise me

Hi All,
Can any of you help me by clarifying my following doubt, I will be thankful to you.

I am working with Consulting Company A for the last 4 years. my case status is .. it went to the Federal labour on 9/12/2003. Now I got a very Good Permenant Job offer from a big company.
Now I asked my present employer what to do. He promised me that he is going to continue my Labor. But I need to be on his payroll once he files the I-140 and 485. Is it possible if I am going to be on both the payrolls of my consulting company and with the permennet offer company during the I-140/485 processing time?
Is there any other best alternative so that I dont need to loose this offer and also I dont need to loose the GC also?
I really appreciate your kind reply
Thanks,

Everybody on this forum is great. Your patience will eventually pay off. GOOD LUCK to you all and see you in the next stage soon!

I would advice you to talk to your attorney. As per law there are no requirements of your being on pay roll of company A to processing LC/I140/I485.... As per rules (books) you should be able to apply I-140/485 from employer A without joining back / working with them & inform INS after 6 months of I-485 receipt / I-140 approval about your New Employer (the employer who is also offering you same job/profile/salary) using AC-21...

why

Mine is 999.151-051, so I was wondering why your case is not certified whereas the others are. I suggest you talk to your lawyer asap.

Not only 051, there are cases with other dot codes left over.
