Help - Case moved back to DOL from EDD

Hi All,

I had filed mmy LC in Sept 2001 in RIR. (I am in California -SFO)
It cleared EDD Sept 2002.
It got moved back EDD and was moved to non RIR

After Carlson's law in Nov it got moved back to DOL on Dec 16 03.

How much time is it taking for the DOL to approve such cases?

Will they take the Sept 2002 as the transfer date or Dec 03 ?


Have your labor conditions cleared from the DOL?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Has any one got DOB Certificate and/or Marriage Certificate from Idian consulate in USA and used it for GC processing? Would there be any problems if I do that? Any help in this regard is very much appreciated.

AVM

Has anybody tried the AVM 415-975-4617 number these couple of days. Why does it keep ringing. There is no menu option to start with

Hi Guys,

Even if the remanded RIR cases will be cleared in DOL,how long will it take to reach the lawyers hand.??.

i had a MS + many years of experience.

Case Number for SF DOL....

Hi guys, my case moved to DOL 2 weeks back....the lawyer gave me a case number, but AVM does not recognize it....

1. How long does the case take to enter into AVM

2. what is the format of case number, my case no. is 6 digits.........

is the same case number carried from SESA to DOL or is it a different case number .....

It takes around 3 to 4 months to see the case in DOL

Format of DOL # 095xxxxx

DOL has different # from SESA
 
Great news Wang,

For us, we are still sitting here just waiting and hoping. My company started the process in Jan of 2002.

I am in my second year and still desperately waiting. I am wondering if this is truly worth it or not.

Silent watchers, if case approved, a feed back would make our life much easier.

Hi wang,

Congrats for yr approval!!!.In this thread everybody is praying god to help us.But from the month after returned to state it takes 3 monthstime for yr labor to clear.For 2 and half years i am also waiting.Many people are waiting like this long time.Hoping for the best.

your case go back to the DOL on 9/03? If so,

Hi All,

I just checked DOL AVM and found that my case is in received status now

SESA PRIORITY DATE: Aug 07 2002
dol received date :Aug 14 2003
case # 09575***
DOT # 999-151-031

Would anyone know what the DOT code means .. and what are my chances of approval in that code.

Hi,
The DOT code ending with 031 means that you are
in Software Engineering.
The approval rate depends on your geographic location:
for example if you are applying from California then
at the moment DOL is processing Nov '02 (for RIR)

The AVM says that DOL is still processing Sept. 02 cases. How did you get the Jan '03 date??
