I dont think this bill is going to get everybody a green card at the end of the year. This will let everybody eligible to file for I-484 and maybe an EAD. I think at most 90K (~180K folks if dependants are not included) folks could get the benefit of recaptured visas.

Use *67 TO block you Number.
Get MORE AMERICAN PEOPLE or atleast with people with no accent to do the same.No offence but they don't want just people from one continenet asking for support afterall they know we can't vote.
My CTO placed 12 calls this morning & now I am trying to get our DC office to do the same.

Message from Congressman

I just called the office of Tom Price's washington again this morning.
The guy recognized me and said they did send out the ppt to other congressmen, and told me that our best bet now is to talk with the senate conferees.

He also said the reason congress did not address this 'coz as part of their immigration bill, they want to address this in Spring in a comprehensive way. EB retrogression is one of the top items on their list, for the Spring bill according to him.

So lets hope for the best on this budget bill. If nothing else, we've laid out a solid foundation for the Spring bill.
 
I called almost all of them.
Here was what I experienced.
I am very surprised by the difference myself, and do not know if anyone else has similar experiences, but the Republican office staff was far sweeter and much more forthcoming in understanding the message that I was trying to convey.
Quite a different story from the Democrats' office staff! Wonder why! With them it was more of a "Ok, will pass ur message" with no other questions asked!

This is a great idea. We will not be buying GCs we will just intent to help our new country in the hard minute. We are a big community and we have to prove that we are able to make a solid contribution to our new house.
