Got RFE Details

Hi,

Got RFE Details for me and My wife.
For Me : Recent 3 paystubs,Employment letter, Photos.

For wife : photos.

Yu know who lost it.Infact My lawyer asked us to send 8 photos and we send 8 photos at the time of filing 485.

Hope I wil get mine soon. But I have an intuition that Something is wrong :(

This morning IIO told me that I got an RFE. He did not tell me what was that about. I am now a part of RFE thread. My RD. is 7/24 and ND is 9/7, WAC-01-277-5****.
I will keep you posted once it is received by my attorney. Hopefully it is simple one.

Folks,
look at the bright side of this matter: I looked at RFE Database_04_01_02.xls and the average response time after the mesage is update is only 10.8 days...and I was over the average.

As per AVM, my case has been approved on Mar 26th. Waiting for approval notice now.

PD : 11/00
I 485 : RD 5/01, ND 7/01, FP 11/01, RFE (issued 3/6/02, replied 3/17/02). I 485 approved 3/26.

Birth Certificate RFE

Hi Tamizhan/BVM/pban and others, do you guys know what is the criteria for issuing an RFE in Birth Certificate related matters. I know couple of friends who have got approved with just affidavits with no RFE. Another guy got approved with BC from consulate. Then why in some cases INS issues RFE for non-availability etc.. Does the year of birth (before or after 1970) matters?
