AVM changed to RFE response received on June 17th 2002

got RFE on APR-23-2002
my lawyer replied to RFE on around JUN-06-2002
I checked AVM yesterday night after a long time and it says \'RFE
response received on JUN-17-2002

RFE Issued: Talked to IIO and she said RFE is issued on June 14th.

She didnt\' tell what is RFE for?

Lawyer haven\'t received it yet. Any one know how much time it usually takes to be received by Attorney?

And then the infamous message \'on dec 29th your fingerprint review....\'

Its been too long wait that now I dont\' even feel bad or good about receiving RFE?

RFE means it should be with some officer? Isn\'t it?

Don\'t know when Attorney is going to get it? Any comments Gurus?

Is it really take 10-14 working days to get it once its issued by INS?

Receive RFE in 15 days

My RFE was issued 5/2, AVM updated 5/2, attorney received it 5/17. Some people receive it early though.

My RFE was asking last year w2, tax return, last three month paystubs, medical exam for both my husband and myself. Again, each one is different. We sent the reply back on 5/30, AVM updated 6/6, still waiting.

I know a lot of people after me got approved, but what can you do except wait and wait. After all, this is INS.

Taking time to receive RFEs

I had changed my address and so had my attorney; as a result, I didn\'t get initial RFE and neither did attorney! After 3 months of trying, INS FINALLY reissued RFE with new expiration date. However, this is only because of address changes... if neither you nor your attorneys have changed addresses, you should get it soon.

my AVM also not updated when i got RFE

AVM was telling me same \'processing resumed message ...\' even after
INS issued RFE. My lawyer got the RFE notice/letter.

In case Lawyer doesn\'t receieve the RFE, but IIO says RFE is issued.

What should we do?
