Reg H1 B Approval At Vermount

applied in 7/05 ..whats wrong with vermont

guys,

is there anyone with pending h1b from 7/05? it has been almost 6 months since my company applied for my h1b and still nothing. The status on the site still shows the same thing as it did at the beginning and the LUD has not changed from the beginning. My company called 2 weeks ago to check on status and nothing after all. My is f1-opt-h1 with COS case, vermont, regular processing.

H1B at vermont

Anyone applied on Sep 16th around that date? my H1-B is still pending.
I see people from Oct and Nov getting approved. Not sure whats wrong and processing times are Sep 17th.
 
H1 Approval

My H1 (7th Year Extension & Transfer to other company) filed on Sept 9th and got Approval E-Mail on Jan 24th ..mine is a regular processing..

Hi there,
My wife's H1-B petition date was on July 5th 2005. She received a letter for additional information on December 7th 2005 (asked for her educational evaluation and my H1-B petition and pay stubs). We gathered the required documents and sent to USCIS on January 10th 2006. Her H1-B was approved on January 26th 2006.

Can someone please post how often does the processing times of the Vermont centre get updated..is it once a month or twice a month..?

filed as regular case on Jan24th for extn expiring on May 18th...hope I make it in time without nailbiting tension..

My case has been updated 5 times since the USCIS received the additional documents for my RFE, but the message is still the same.What does it mean?Please help.your replies badly needed.Thank you very much

It is really confusing. This just indicates they are doing some internal processing in your case and a decision has not yet been made. I guess you should receive a decision soon.

Also what was the RFE regarding? I also got RFE about how my education applies to my IT related job. I showed 1 year experience and my h1 got approved.

can you make an infopass apointment and go the district office to inquire your case? It would not help much I guess but they would atleast know that you are inquiring.

is it H1 and H4 extensions approved same time? or seperate Q?

My notice date is also on 02/15/2006 for 7th year Extension.I heard that as soon as H1 is approved, H4 will be automatically approved.Our notice dates are same,but I still didn't receive any approval for H1. When do you think my H1 would be approved?

applied h1 b from a consulting company (received date sept 20,05)
additional document requested (jan 10, 06)
additional document received (jan 20< 06)
still pending the case, now the consulting company asked 1000$ for upgrade the processing.
i am debating where to disregard this processing and file a new one from other consulting company, or gamble 1000$ to get the result fast. the size of the consulting company is very small, i guess!
 
8th yr H1 approved for new employer

much relieved today, H1 filed for 8th yr with new employer based on pending LC from old company. filed in regular processing, date : Jan 25th 2006, approved March 28th.

Centre : Vermont Service Centre.
