Hi there,
I will be eligible to apply for US citizenship on October 2, 2009. When I got my greencard, I applied through my parents and my address on file with USCIS has always been the address of my parents home. Since I got the GC, I have lived at several different addresses but never updated it with the USCIS.
Since the beginning of this year, the address associated with all my bank accounts and credit cards has been that of my parents. I do not plan on living at that address (or in the same state) for the 3 months before submitting my N-400 application. Will bank statements reflecting my parents address be sufficient to prove residency in that state, as required for the N-400 application?
Any information or advice would be really appreciated!!! Thanks!
