Processing time for green card based on asylum

I applied my I-131 January 2023 and was approved March 2024
I-485 applied in March 2023 approved April 2024
I-765 January 2024 approved February 2024
Applied for my 2nd I-131 January 2024 since the processing time is 14 months - still in process should be approved next year.

You applied for 2nd I-131 even before getting the approval of the first one? Can you do that?

Hi, could you please replace it with a new one? I'm not sure how careless a civil surgeon can be, especially since their signature is crucial on the i-693 form. Try to get a refund from them if you can, and make sure they take responsibility for delaying your i-485 process.

Take your copy of the i-693 form and go to the nearest civil surgeon as soon as possible. Make sure to get it done quickly. Also, I believe the new application requires the civil surgeon's ID number or something similar, so make sure you get that too.

I had a similar problem with my civil surgeon's office. They made seven mistakes on my form. I had to ask them to fix all of them because they're supposed to do it right since they're getting paid. Do your best to get a refund. If you have a lawyer, ask them to help you get the refund.
I have talked to my lawyer and they are saying me to get a new 693. Civil surgeons mistake cost me a lot of time and I had an application from 2016 of May when i sent them 539. Accepted 2021.
I can see everyone around my range got accepted and i am the only one who had fingerprint status during this time around 500+ days.

it is not matter how much you do great work you also need to watch other peoples stupid mistakes even they said they have no mistake.

I hope you fix this issue soon and send the new i-693 quickly.

It is always best to ask for a copy from your civil surgeon after they sign it. Check the copy carefully, send the original to USCIS, and don't forget to include the civil surgeon's ID number (CSID), which is in part 07 of your i-693 form.

I remember you said you had an interview for your I-485. When did you have it, and what questions did they ask?
I had it around November 2023, she was confirming address and all other information incase anything changed. Additionally she started asking about the case but my attorney told her we are past that stage and my assylum has been granted already.

I pray that you receive a positive decision for your i-485 soon :)
