Hello everyone,
I need a little help to understand when Judge grant your case what happens? Do you receive any letter stating that you are approved? Also after how long you can file travel document and when should you expect. Also is it okey to change your address from NY to texas after approval or it good to stay as it is. As I heard texas is not immigrant friendly state.

When the judge granted me asylum I did not receive any letter I went to coût to get one from the judge office. May be they have sent it to my lawyer but I know this lawyer will ask for money before il he give it to me so I went to the judge office and hit my approval notice. I filed for travel document a month later and received it after 2 month with the congressman help
How long it takes to get it from the court. I mean can i go right away or it takes couple of weeks ?
I went a month later but I guess you should get it right away. The only thing I did was to get an appointment by calling uscis

May 31, 2022 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, were taken.
May 25, 2022 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

Mine is as of May 10th fingerprints related to your application have been applied to your case and since then they haven’t sent me the Rfe

Same thing. Three months ago I requested for expedite service, the didn’t give attention to my request but as I noticed they started moving ahead my case I suppose that’s why but I’m not sure cause they still haven’t given me answer to my request. Anyway it comes
