Processing time for green card based on asylum

hopefully you will get good news soon!!! i applied 11 months ago and i got medical RFE but still no decision yet so i guess you will get a decision soon in the next few months!
How long after apply you get RFE? Did you send the medical together?

FAST!!!! HAHAHAHAHHA are you serious?? lots of folks who applied in 2023 already got their Green Cards and I applied almost one year ago and you think it's fast? not at all!
I have almost same time like you,10 months and only one update to fingerprints in November and that's it. Asylum green card in uscis processing times take 29.5 months,I don't know where you see it from 2023.

check the USCIS forum on reddit and their timelines then you will see tons of people got approved and they are asylees too not applying under a different category! i guess you will get your green card soon though hmmmm they put 29.5 months on the processing time page so that no one can sue them cause as i know in order to sue them you have to be outside the processing time that they mentioned.

I applied in june 2022 got rfe in july respond in september and still waiting.
Long journey since 2015, hope i will get soon.

FYI , 2023 started from oct 2022 . USCIS calendar starts from oct of each year that means in few month USCIS starts FY2024 . They published an article last year that they are trying to finish all the green card applications with in 6month by end of FY 2023 but as you see it doesn’t seems promising since many of us have been waiting for +6months and so on .For the past few weeks , I see more cases in 2022 and 2021 are getting decided and I’m not sure if they are shifting to older cases or not .

@Asylee11 if you was an officer cases would be approved the same day.
No a single person deserves to wait for GC more than 2-3 months tell me backlog tell me what you tell me in the end these people gets paid from our applications fees as USCIS doesn’t get that much fund from the government so they needed to expand and hire thousands of officers like any developed country in the world to finish the immigrants documents asap but cause they are bunch of clowns they don’t do that and sleep on the cases instead of working harder or hire more officers! I’m fed up from this agency and that’s why I don’t wanna talk anymore about them cause I’m literally fed up from F waiting months for GC then F another 15 months for RTD bla bla endless bs with the worst federal agency in this country!

No mistake i got rfe after 2 months still no decision. It took me 55 days to respond with medical but still not sure if that is the reason.
And you didn’t do any action against them ? Why you didn’t do e-request ? Inquiry? Talk to tier 1 agent? When you sleep on your case with USCIS then don’t blame em’ but yourself! After 60 days by law you’re eligible to do e-request and check up with them
