Processing time for green card based on asylum

are there people who filled out their green card without waiting a year?
In fact, I did some research for you and it appeared that the rule had changed. The previous rule stated that asylum seekers must have a full year of physical presence in the United States when filing a green card application, but the recent update clarifies that the physical presence requirement of a year should mature at the time of the green card's approval..

50 days since USCIS asked for my Medicals I sent it next day but still says rfe sent no update
That's totally fine, no worries at!! :D
Many members here have had the same experience and the next update was: Card Being Produced. The website is lagging and many times it doesn't update at all! :D

How would you know which field office are working on your case? and there is no enough information explaining if the cases will go to field office or all would be received , reviewed , and decided at NBC . The only time that NBC might refer you to field office, is when they call you for an interview . If you have some information or aware of the procedure , please share . Thanks

Thank you for the information . What about If you have sent your medical along with actual application then you wouldn’t know until they decide your case . unless they loose or request for new medical result .
