Processing time for green card based on asylum

Would it be safe to submit my AOS this month even though my 1-year physical presence is reached in July (so, 5 months earlier)? could they hold on the adjudication process until the application has reached the requirement, or would they just flat out deny it for not having the 1-year requirement?

Hello, everyone. How much time it usually takes to receive G-1145 SMS/email notification after application materials being delivered into lockbox?

I talked with my lawyer regarding recent changes regarding 1 year rule of asylee to adjust their status.

He said better wait for a year to be safe, we've been waiting for asylum interview and interview results forever, it won't hurt just to wait for another year. The reason behind this is that the officer might be not aware because a lot of new officers right now.

Filed my mandamus yesterday. 485 was pending since 10/2020
The case was filed with Medical initially.
I hope I won't get interviewed.

Please let me know if anybody filed Mandamus for the 485 pending at NBC MSC recently and what was the outcome

I am waiting since 11/2020 and filed with Medical initially. I inquired ombudsman help first to see if it works. Do you know how long does mandamus take to resolve?

Ombudsman or Congressional inquiries do not help much. Their clerks have a direct line to speak to USCIS with no wait. That is basically it. USCIS will tell them the same BS that they tell to your own online inquiries.
Mandamus usually takes up to 2 months. But some cases can get resolved in a couple of weeks after summons are served. I work for a law firm and did not really want to file Mandamus for my own case just to not get interviewed, since most Mandamuses lead to an interview. But I'm pissed waiting since it now takes 16 months to process even for RTDs. I feel here like I'm in a golden prison. I want to travel and get medical treatment abroad, otherwise I could wait.

I was approved for asylum on 20 july, 2021. I filled the I-485 form and sent it 4 months ago on 12 october,2022. And USCIS sent me letter that they received my I-485 on 21 october, 2022.
-Now on the site , case status:

Is there any chance to get green card within 6 months after sending I-485?

Has anyone seen a movement on their case within a few months after receiving a response on 'Outside Normal Processing Times' request that 'Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner.' I would assume they would look at it faster after acknowledging it being delayed. Just received this response on one of the last requests i sent and was wondering if anyone had success having their cases reviewed after receiving a response?

Does RTD really take 16 months right now? I mean the time is not so accurate on the USCIS website so does anyone received RTD recently? Can tell us how long it took?

It took me 11 months to get mine. By that time processing times were 12 months on the website. Filed in 06/2021, received 05/2022. So it's gonna expire soon. I'm not gonna wait another 10 months.

It took me 12 months and it will expire in 6 months in August!!! But I already applied for renewal since last October so that i can get a new one 2-3 months only after my current one expires!! You should have applied for renewal long time ago cause until they look at your application your current RTD would be expired
