looks better, doesnt it? though the green pillars need to be way too taller, they are slowly growing!
Not at all.
250-450 approvals per month don't help backlog reduction at all.
We have still 30,000+ pending cases only for WAC-02.
With this snail pace, it would take 5 to 10 years only to clear WAC-02 cases.
Please check my message at Project Ocean, too.

Re: October progress - update

Hi, ND022202,
I'd appreciate your beautiful graph every time and your useful advices to Project Kashmir.

By the way, if you can add one more bar of the total case number or the pending case number per month,
it would be very helpful for everyone to understand the current terrible situation.

I can not believe there is a person who thinks it looks better ...

Okay,
I can add some pessimism :).
Now, CSC is concentrated on Nov 01 cases.
About 150 cases were approved in October so far; with this pace, they will need about 12+ month more to clear remaining 1800+ cases, filed in Nov 01 (excluding cases not approved but already transferred to local office for interview).

Re: official BCIS data on AOS - august

Hi, ND022202,

Can you create similar graphs for I-90, I-130, and I-765 ?
It would be better if you can add the number of pending cases.

I think it must be the evidence of discrimination by USCIS against I-485 applicants,
but I have no time for that right now.

I will send you the data of Project Kashmir.

Hi, Kashmir
I did not accumulate data for other type of applications, but I'll try to get it and build these graphs as well.

Thank you so much, ND022202.
I may be able to give you additional data for your analysis.

Hi, ND022202,
Thank you so much.
Can you send the original spreadsheet to me at kashmir@covad.net ?
I will try OpenOffice or StarOffice during this weekend.

I will send you the Project Kashmir reports in reply.

wac-02-045 approvals in time

this graph shows approvals in time for this ND=11/20/01 series (behind the JIT lines) and waiting time close to 24 months.

Hi, ND022202,
May I post the CVS file at Project Ocean thread or here ?
Altough all data are official from USCIS, with respect to your effort to creat the CSV file, as I know it takes a couple of hours, I'd like to get your permission at first.

I had tried OpenOffice and StarOffice, but it was not stable, especially handling the graph / chart.

kashmir,
you have my permission to post the data anywhere, because it just reflects official stats (not "private eye" data :) )

Thanks, yih,

the most fresh csv report is dated 11/16/03 (but it was first published by kashmir on 11/23/03)

we also got a Thanksgiving special
wac-i485-table-20031123.csv.zip
from Kashmir :) in the same thread that yih mentioned.

pending at CSC...

see attachment.

compares CSC progress since 05/31/03 with amount of pending cases as of 11/16/03.
Some comments, I believe that majority of all pending cases "behind the JIT lines" were "touched" during October/November FP/RFE campaign. So, technically speaking, this process should be reflected in increase in approvals close to Christmas. Because, why they send 2FP and RFE ?

2000-3000 approvals for Christmas, CSC, you can do it!
