yes, there are cases waiting in Oct/Nov 2001, and status is as usual, FP received/resumed or transferred. My guess, some of those cases, especially transferred more than year ago, are already approved or denied w/o changing online status. I've seen a few unapproved cases with RD as early as Feb 2001. Who knows?

It is clear that USCIS is focusing on Jan 02 through May 02 cases

There is no doubt that USCIS has been focusing Jan 02 to May 02 cases compared to other months in WAC 02 series.

Although there are approvals in WAC03 it only represents about 5 % of its total.

We need to keep sending faxes for our campaigns.
