Hi guys,
Here is another random research result :

Case:033-88-947/Rec.Dt.Dol 04/14/2003/Dol.code:030.062.010 (IT)/Approved.dt 05/27/2003.

This means processing time for each case depends on DOL.code.
I belive 030.062.010 means Software Engg. and 030.162.010 means System analyst/Programmer, So va_lc_labourious you should get your result real soon.
 
AVM Update???

Anyone knows how long it takes for AVM to update the case # ?
My case was approved from DE state and sent to Phili DOL on May 20th.
It is almost more than 2 weeks and the system couldn't find my details.

Any response greatly appreciated.

Check in your labor application that your attorney has mention your Company phone number. My attorney is so nice that she forgot to write down my Company phone number and I am not able to retrieve status using AVM. If this is the case then try email status check by using your company tax ID.

Your case is simillar to my case.
Mine had been sent to Phily DOL from MD at 05/22/2003.
But, I could not hear about it in AVM.

My lawyer told me that he would give them a full month to put a case in the AVM.:eek:

LC Approved 6/4/03

My LC has been approved after RFE.
Recieved RFE on 04/25/03
Submitted response on 05/14/03
Got approval todayh 06/04/03

Updated the tracker too.

In the tracker excel file, your DOL received date is 04/15/2003.
Could you please tell me where do you get the date info.?
Was it from AVM? or Was it from receipt notice from DOL?
Was it the date SESA sent to Phily?

Appreciate any comments.

I have a question.
How did u know u'r case has been approved? I am trying to call the DOL number, no answer. Does DOL update the system on the same day of approval?

04/15/2003 - RIR:30. Received Transmittal Notice of RIR to DOL
I got the info. from my lawyers website.

My lawyer sent an email to me saying today i.e. 6/04/03 they received the RIR approval

Unfortunately, i do not have it. I was told by my lawyer, when i asked them few months ago that it is my company's policy not to give out the DOL code!!

Anybody from Maryland SESA??

Guys,
I am new to this forum. I will joining all of you soon hopefully. My LC is still stuck at MD SESA.

Can somebody post information if they applied from Maryland SESA and are awaiting their LC approval from PHILLY DOL ? In the DOL tracker i have only seen VA, PHILLY and DE cases so far.

Good to see you this thread.
My case had been approved and sent to Phily DOL from MD at 05/22/2003.
But I don't have receipt date until now so I did not add my info into the excel file tracker.

My Case has been approved on 5/25 from Philly DOL. Great News........ And good luck to rest of you all and see you soon in the I140 forums..... Mine is in EB3 RIR category.......

There is one question I have for all of you for my I140. I have overall about 5 years of experience. Do I need to give experience letters from all my previous employers or is it enough if I give letters for only 2 years which is reflected in the LC petition. Please let me know..... I would appreciate it.

Also please update the tracker for me. From my workplace I cannot upload it due to firewall......
