Can you guys call 215-861-5250 and let them know its not working. I already did it. All you have to do is leave a VMS for Officer.

It's working

I tried today(06/09/2002) two times on 215-861-5286 , it's working.It's taking around 1-2 minutes to get connected.

Finally got my labor certification cleared !!

Here are my case details .....

Case # : 03385492
DOT Code : 030.062-010
DOT Description : Software Engineer

Filed on Sept 9th 2002 Delaware EB3RIR.

Received in Phila DOL office on Jan 17th 2003.

Certified on May 30th 2003.

Received in hand on June 9th 2003.

Any recommendations on which would be better ? Consular or 485 ?

I just got a call from Philly DOL. They said they would fix the problem. But the said part is she could not find my case.

Nope its not working. I just tried calling , it kept ringing and finally got the message "your party is not answering"

AOS option is better option. Please read murthys article on their website detailing how AOS is a better option than Consular.

Hi folks.

FYI, I just got through also (the line was busy the first 3x I tried then I got through and got about 10 rings before it picked up).

It appears that my case isn't in the system yet -- is this normal given that VA SESA forwarded my case to Philly DOL just over 2 weeks ago?

FWIW, I'm using the telephone number given for the employer on the "Application for Alien Employment Certification" form (box 5.)which afaik is correct (I don't have my case # at this point).

Also, I've yet to get any reply from LCSTATUS03@doleta.gov, presumably also because my case isn't in the system yet.

I did today(06/10/2003) around 10:00 AM ET.
It worked.

But it said that mine is not in the AVM.
