At this point we are expecting all Guys prior to July 2002 to get claered in a month's time . If that happens then you could be done in May 2006

With PBEC this might change and you might get approval before all these Guys. I can only wish you good luck to get soon

My Labor Approved!!!!

I'm so so so happy to inform you that my labor has been certified!!!!

I just cannot express my happiness...been nearly 4 years of struggle.

Labor was certified on April 14th.

I am from June 2002

I will request all the members please write you PD . I am from 26TH june 2002 still waiting . we want to see how maney people are waiting prior to june 2002

Anyone please answer my query,
If you are RIR, if your case was approved by your state and then went to DOL and then subsequently to PBEC, what extra do they check at PBEC, is there a chance of your LC being rejected at this stage?

I am asking because I know my application is in Final review since at least Jan 06 and no news since. What does this all means? Any insight?

Q: ) Any updates on the status of my Application for Permanent Residency? I see many approvals for the people around my PD. Do you know when mine can get approved? I guess now either an employer or the lawyer can get the status from PBEC. Can you please inquire the status with the PBEC?


A: ) We are not allowed to request the status updates on the applications pending with the BEC. We should be receiving a decision on your application soon considering the pattern we are seeing.

Labor approved

Hi All,

My attorney noticed me that the labor got approved today. I think PBEC started to process Aug 2002's case. Good luck for you all.

Guys

Looks like soem Guys transfered from DBEC were assigned cases from July 2002 and those guys are blasting with approvals while all other before arebeing babysitted by PBEC fools

Congrats to all teh ppl who are getting approvals. But I am disappointed to see that PBEC pointer is stuck around middle of 2002. WHat about applications before that?

I hope they are not planning "ANOTHER" BEC for those applications :mad:

By the way are there many ppl around from 2001 ?

What do you say? atyagi73 has a PD of Dec '01 but a RD of Jan '04, which is in itself little wierd, because most people moved from PD to RD within a year in most states. I am not sure why it took 3 years in this case.

It seems it's a combination of PD/RD and may be 45 letter and let's not forget being SILENT. But again i observed some CA cases with June PD, and RD and 45-day letter around same as other approved guys, but still waiting.

I hope this helps you atyahi73, sorry not what you expected.

Hope you and every active and inactive member here gets it sooner.
