SWA case from Apr 2004 and you already have a P# and it was entered last year itself (-04351-). Looks like PBEC entered all cases from PA SWA/PA DOL into their system as the No. 1 priority.
 
Temporary Status Number

Folks,

Today I wrote to Philli BEC inquiring for Case Status with regards to my 7th year H1 Extension (Genuine Request for Extension). I got a reply within 10 mins with a Temp Number.

I am providing this to our sleuths out here who are interpreting the processing stage and keeping track of data entry. Please update tracker!

This means that they have done partial data entry for Aug 2004 RIR PD, SWA NJ Cases.

Question:

1. What date does 158 in the temporary number represent?
2. If for H1 7th year extension, the case if renewed for an additional 3 years, should I have to report to make ammendments for one year increments? since my LC is still pending.

aprlc2002, You cant do this... we wait eagerly for your weekly updates... please please please give us your updates... If you still do not want to do it, can you please send me your email address that i can get in touch with you.. But I still wud appreciate you giving us updates as that would help most of us.. there are ppl who are going to accuse .. you shud never care about them as in the process of giving updates, you are helping so many of us. I hope majority of the ppl in this forum wud agree to this.

1. 158 is the julian when your case was temp'ed. 158 -> June 7th

yu are not the only one. I am May 2001. 45 days letter received in May 2005

Well in that case we will be stuck in PBEC for indefinite amount of time.
Dallas is certifying cases and they are more or less progressing but PBEC instead of progressing they are moving backwards.
Everybody is telling that in Sep we will have a time frame from BEC.
And it will tell us when can we see some light.
But the way PBEC is going I don't see it happening soon.

There are 2 paths to Nirvana or 2 stairways to Hell, depending on how optimistic a person you are:
[1] State (SWA) -> Regional Proc Ctr -> BEC -> Endless Wait
[2] State (SWA) -> BEC -> Even Longer Endless Wait

dont think it is a good idea you sent multiple times

DOL already noticed about people using these emails.

One time should be fine ... unless there is problem ...

The information most concern to us is the case status . Or there may be some information about you is wrong . Then you need to fix them through your lawyers.

It is highly unlikely that you made it to Regional. I ask because we keep that info in the tracker to know when SWA cases begin getting 45-day letters or certified.

I have added you to the tracker.
 
Please help with more info

I have not received 45 days letter yet. In my Screen shot, following are the only information provided. Though my case was made to regional on 05/2003, that info is not there on the screen shot.

If anybody here has an incomplete status screen shot, please let me know if I there should be more info.

What we can do if they come up with another stupid excuse in September ? Then I think would be right time to take some action.

Aprl2002, please give us some updates. I think its healthy forum sign that your posts are scrutinize. That shows there are still some member who actively participates in the forum (instead of some who registers->ask question->come everyday till get the answer-> leave the forum forever)
 
Questions?

Guys I got a screen shot on my case....can someone explain what does these means

1) it says processing type RIR ...what does that mean ?
2) case status says "incomplete " ---does it tell any thing where my case is at ?
3) my case number says T-05202-xxxxx ...does it tell any thing ?

Please reply if any one knows these details.
