Atleast this URL GIF image change is giving some relief and some hope. Will it be true? May be they have allocated 3 resources to change the image.(1 develop, 1 testing and 1 deploy). Sorry I forgot to mention 1 more resource to count with fingers how many months left before Oct 2007.

I am still waiting for the labor approval....no news to lawyers or to me from Phily BEC.

Not sure what to do except to wait till they decide the fate !! There are lots more like me from 2001. I don’t believe this Sep 2007 except they publish some dates of processing based on PD or RD or something they think is right...

It is just their gimmick...not to go to senators and to have less pressure answering calls about processing times.

PD Aug 2001 MD
RD Dec 2003
Transferred to Bec 09/2004
Recd and replied 45 day letter Feb.2005
No news yet

Hi Nayak

Hang on. Iam seeing approvals for 45 days replied in Feb 2005. Yours might be on the way already. I wish you get this in a week's time

What is the significance of case numbers starting with T or P

Hi Guys,
I was told that PBEC assigned a case number for my LC case and this starts with T. I have 2 questions regarding this:

1. WHat is the significance of case numbers starting with T. I have seen people posting their cases numbers and it is usually P. (from PBEC)

2. Will PBEC assigna case number before they send a 45 day letter?

Please suggest.

Thanks

I still see 18 months

On which URL you guys can see "17 Months" URL"?

Hebron:

Case # starting with 'T' indicates partial data entry completed whereas the ones starting with 'P' indicates data entry completed and usually associated with 45 day letter generation.

Guys, give them a break, i guess many of us are losing patience and finding fault in everything they do.

http://workforcesecurity.doleta.gov/foreign/ says 19 months

http://www.foreignlaborcert.doleta.gov/ says 17 months

give them a day or two, they will update the months everywhere.

really?

Hey saknia,

are they going by when the 45 Day letter was replied to? I have a friend whose 45 Day letter was replied to in Jan '05 and he's still waiting. My 45 Day letter was replied to in March. Wonder what I can expect.

If you look at the approvals I can guess some pattern . First is PD then 45 date Reply date. Someone in 2001 with Mar 2005 Reply date is not approved while another with 2001 PD and Jan 2005 letter is approved First.

Ofcourse my assumption is a pure guess. PBEC has approved more cases whose 45 day replies are around oct - dec 2005 and PD in 2002. So we cannot deduce anything from that as well.

But as long they are approving Oct 2001 - June 2002 band in some way or order, we can be sure that all these will see light in next one month for sure .

Correct Now...If you calculate it is 19 Months

I checked this morning, it was 17 months.

Now it is 19 months. If you calculate - It is 10 months of 2006 and 9 months of 2007.

One thing DOL did great. (Of no use).

http://workforcesecurity.doleta.gov/foreign/

I am also in the same boat......Good Luck

PD - Jan 2004
No 45 day letter so far

let's hope so

I don't know about the patterns. I go thru cycles of hope and no-hope.
My case has been pending for 3.5 years and I am not sure when they will approve it. Anytime, someone tries to come up with a formula, I get excited!

I am just waiting for them to move on from Jun'02. They have been doing that for 2 months.

Dude,

We have and still going to have enough patience in waiting for the LC. Now check your system if it's having any problem in clearing cookies and then check those links. It's 19 months every where. It was 17 months earlier in the morning. They updated today morning.
