Here are my case details:

California
RIR EB3
Filed: December 2002
Sent to Region: January 9, 2004
Case Number: P-04294-XXXXX
The attorney did get 45 day letter and respond sometime in May 2005

Can anyone let me know when I can realistically expect Labor approval? Are more people in the same boat as I am. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,

I know someone from BayArea with 45 day letter in Feb05, next month will be 1yr anniversary..so dont panic..! u shud be getting in 2-4 months maybe...

there is nothing we can do but wait and wait....
 
PBEC - Labor Certification Approval Rule

Does anybody know what rule has been followed by PBEC for Labor Certification approvals?
PD, FIFO (45-days-letter), state?

Status: unknown
 
I am more or less in the same boat as you are. I am hoping to get my LC in the next six months or so, if the current trend continues.
Of course PBEC is extremely unpredictable, so anything could happen.

I am on my 8th year H1 Extension.

My another friend who had the priority date of 15th May/2002 had 45 days letter in 11/2004 and his case was approved on 12/22/05.

I have the same PD 07/2003 from florida, state approved and transferred to ATL Feb '04. Replied to 45 day letter in April'05 as well.

Status unknown.

Approval

I just got an email from our HR that my long waited LC has been certified. Lawyer doesn't have the hard copy yet. I'm not sure then how he came to know.

Here is my case info. Guys hang in there. The light is getting bright at the end of the tunnel now.
