well everyone has the right to post an opinion and the right to be funny. and is welcome .
but the fact of the matter is that NY/NJ could be facing problems specific to these states. we are facing extensive delays ..even by ahem BEC standards !!
Funny, what the hell are "ahem BEC standards"? And what problems are specific to NY/NJ?

My case and my friends case both are in "Final review"

State : VA, EB3-RIR
My PD: 3/11/2002
Friends PD: 3/12/2002
Enquiry date: 8/24/05

My details are as follows:

Whoever maintaining the list plz add me. I don't think I'm already there in list

PD: Jan 03
RD: Sept 03
Philly DOL
BEC date: Sept 04
45 day letter: Feb 05
P-04251-
EB3 RIR

Any chance of me getting adjudication in Sept ? Where is the processing queue at now? DOL wouldn't tell me when asked..

Any helpful response will be appreciated..
Hope "helpful response" does not only means "favorable response". Your chance of "getting adjudication in Sept" is zero unless something unnatural happens.

It's really an interesting phenomenon----we have started to see “final reviews” and/or “approvals” for petitioners from the states around New Jersey; i.e. NY, PA, DE, DC……I thought NJ is one of the most backlogged state that PBEC is trying to eliminate?

I am even the one from NJ who has got 45 days letter two months ago. What about all other Jersey guys/gals without 45 days letter?
There is a chance that those who have not received their 45-day letters will receive their certification soon and those who have received the letters will wait forever.

Can this be true?

with PBC, you never know!
Well, now we know that 8/2002 and 10/2002 from NJ have P numbers. So data entry must be complete. No 45 day letter may mean they are proceeding ahead.
Lets hope for the best (and prepare for the worst).

DO you know when did your case converted from 'T' to 'P' ? Are you sure that you didn't recive a 45 day letter ?

There are several NJ applicants filed around you are waiting with no 45 day letter including me

RIR,NJ, PD 09/2002 , No 45 day letter

Is your and your friends case Regional or SWA?

Well, if that's true, I wish I had never received any 45 days letter. Unfortunately I did receive my 45 days letter and replied it. Poor me. There's a chance I will be staying behind all other people without 45 days letters.

One can really go crazy trying to understand what they're doing there ...my case id is T-05129, and I've always thought after some point in April/2005, they only did temporary data entry. But your "P" case id means they were doing temporary and definitive data entry at the same time ... I've never seen such a chaotic process ... I wonder what would happen if they worked the same way with 100 million tax returns processed every year, in a couple of weeks.

Do you think they will play like this with Tax returns? No way. Uncle Sam will kill everyone working in Tax department.

They are doing this to us because we are poor souls who are willing to kiss uncle sam's big fat ass no matter what.

Did you receive your 45 day letter or not? If not then you may get your 45 day letter along with NOF letter and RFE letter. Who knows? Anything can happen with BEC
