Infact I never sent any request to PBEC so far.. all the info I got was thru phone :)

Hi aprlc2002,

First, congratulations! Second:

1. Will you continue to update us on BPC progress? Or is it feasible to pass on the torch to someone else?

2. If you look at the tracker, there is a good number of cases from 2001 and early 2002 that have not received their approvals, are they coming in the next couple weeks as well? Or do you think you helped "luck" to get your case certified.

3. Are they really certifying cases from both SWA and Regional at this point that have received their 45-day letters?

4. Any news on when 45-day letters will be issued for remaining SWA cases?

Other than that, I have no other questions :)

So they are already working on 2002 cases.. mine is Nov 15, 2001 do you have an ideal how long it might take before I can join you guys in the new forum.

I dont think I can pass on this lead to anyone else... but as I said I will keep you posted guys....

Secondly I guess it is my "luck"

as my previous posting said they are working on all the cases.including that did not make it to regional.

dont worry about your 45 day letter any more they are in the process of approving all....you can just find out whether it made it to the office or not they will take care of it.
