This is my turn...

Ok, paralegal just called me to tell me that she has my labor cert in her hands...still showing in process though...

I'm in kind of disbelief right now, I wasn't really expecting it, even if those last days were pretty promising...

Fortunately, I will be able to file for I485/I140 as I'm from the rest of the world...but stay assured I will stand with you guys since I know too well the pain of the immigration system.

If you have the perm approval :
Is it better to do consular processing for AOS ? (needs to be indicated for 140)

2. Is it better to apply for 140 or wait for the senate relief to file 140 and 485 ?

2. Is it better to apply for 140 or wait for the senate relief to file 140 and 485 ?

1. why would you do consular processing when you are in the US and could get EAD (and also use AC-21 after filing I-485)???

2. how sure are you about 'if ever' and 'when' the senate relief happens???
What if it doesn't and you waited 6 months+ for it? Remember how long people waited for PERM?
