It's well established now that they aren't following FIFO at all. I had imagined that they were following some order (like RIR - non-RIR) that'll increase their efficiency and eliminate backlog sooner than otherwise. Judging by the above observation, it looks like they're just screwed-up.
Can't they get their 'puters to list cases in order of PD? How difficult CAN that be?

Original labor approval not received
Hello Guys,
My case was approved almost 3 months ago. Neither my employer nor my lawyer has received the original approval. My lawyer sent out 2 faxes and spoke to PBEC few times, PBEC response was that they will send out soon but they never sent out. Is anyone having similar problem or had similar problem?

All PBEC jobs posted recently are gone. If you click on any job link in indeed.com it says " This job has been deleted or inactivated by the Employer.

I noticed this issue this afternoon. At that time I thought it was a temporary glitch. It continues to exist. Non-BEC jobs come up fine in AJB, only BEC jobs are not coming up. No idea why this could be happening...nohope_for_lc said:

I recieved the recruiting instructions from Phil BEC today. It says that the recruitment period is going to be 1 month (mid Dec - mid Jan). In parallel to their posting they require my employer to do some actions too, such as publish it in the local newspaper for three days, post on the internal board and etc.

My ETA number starts with P-05271. I am noticing that the majority of MA cases showing up on AJB are P-05171, P-05172, P-05173, P-05174, etc. That is, Mostly in the P-0517* range.gravitation said:
