Only Old timers who have not been approved - Please

Just for understanding:
Who are considered to be old timers? In other words what is the PD cut off dates for the purpose of this thread?

Yes, I would also like clarified the lower age limit. Can someone younger than 30 years still be considered an old timer? ;)

I would not go by age....rather how long one has rotted in the system.
01&02 are definitely old timers.
03&04 fall in the grey area.
If i were to get my GC in 3-4 yrs, i would not freakin complain. So PD of 03&04 is still in the acceptable range.
So i dont know what the whine is all about for the non old timers.

Well...came to US of A in Dec 98,applied for Labor #1 in June 99,from CA,company shut down during 2000 November,Labor approved March 2001 :(.Applied second labor in Dec 2003,approved May 2007.I140/485 applied June 2007. Waiting for approval.
