Yes, it's sure beyond frustration!!
I always wonder if there can be a class-action lawsuit against uscis
for not processing the cases in order.
How can one case not be assigned a visa number when another with a later
priority date is approved???
They need to make sure atleast visa numbers are allotted in order.
Then if they pend for other reasons, that can be dealt with.
But dealing with this retrogression crap is just too much!!

140/485 - RD 9/2003 - LUDs 8/31, 9/3
140 AD - 5/2004
4 EADs and 3 APs so far.
