October I-140 Filed cases VSC !!!

Yup, Hoping to get approved sometime in NOV last week/ Dec First week.
You know INS , How they do? So you never know. But hopefully will get approved by Dec 15.

Oct EAC #s 02 series

hi guys any one knoe what this EAC-02-xxx-xxxxx series means...is that for year 2002 series....do u guys think that they will be processed for next year...

It indicates a new INS fiscal year (October 2001-September 2002). In regards to the INS processing, I can only say that it is a highly unpredictable process. You might be approved in 6 weeks or 10 months and anything in between. It is a lottery.

I-140 filed at VSC on Oct 16 - EB2.

Lawyer got receipt on Oct 23rd.
 
I-140 Receipt - Rcvd by thye lawyer ?

Does the lawyer receives the receipt of I-140 or should we expect it in mail?
 
I140 filed on 10th October

I-140 filed on 10th October.INS received it on 11th October(from fedex).Got my receipt from lawyer yesterday.. when I call INS it says petition for I-140 received on 22nd October and it is taking 150 - ?? days for approval...
 
CP Option @ the time of i-140 in Pakistan

Any one has any exprience or heard of any one who gotten GC choosing CP in Pakistan

The AVM says they received my petition on Oct. 16.
My attorney received the receipt from VSC on Oct. 29.
I am in New York BTW.

        Please let me know when lawyer gets the reciept. My application was sent on the same day. It was not a personal check so I cannot trace it. My lawyer is not helpful at all....
