since i came to know today thru my attorney,earlier i did not have any details. My attorney did recv final approvel this week,well i had a denail(140) for eb2 so did file new case in EB3.

I have got my 140 approval but my lawyer didn\'t specify about my intention of filing for CP. What are the steps?

I-140 Approved 11/27 VSC ,EB3,RD-10/12,ND-10/23 .
Talked to NVC operator case received by NVC 11/29.
Is that mean my case is created by NVC?

Did you apply for EB2 and EB3 at the same time for labour or at i-140 stage..? I have my labor approved in EB2 catagory. Do you think I can apply for EB2 and EB3 in I-140 stage...?

Just for info i have applied for I140 on oct 1st got approved Nov 20th at Vermont

Just wanted to share my information .
Applied fo I-140 in fist week of October - did not get a proper
receipt notice till now -that\'s what the lawyer claims.But yesterday
my company called me with news that they received the courtesy copy of my 140 approval.
As per that :
EAC-02-020-5xxxxx
RD - Oct,24,2001
ND - Nov,28,2001 (AVM says this is the approval date!?)
EB2 RIR (BE+5)

Anyone know how to get EAC number

My lawyer fedexed my I140 application recently. Does anyone know how to find case number without receipt and cashed check? Anything will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
