October & November I-140 approved-to-NVC Tracker !!

Pkt3 generated 11/05

Called the operator and was informed that Pkt3 is generated on 11/05 and will be mailed in 2-4 weeks. Also recieved MDR number.

NVC Case created on 10/29.

I just checked the NVC AVM: The message says:
"A packet has been mailed to your attorney on Oct 29, 21(I dont know what this 21 means)".
I know that my P3 was generated on Oct 29, dont know for sure if the AVM is correct, bcos according to the AVM they mailed the packet on the same day that they created it. I dont think that can be right. Anyway, my attorney has not recd anything yet. Will keep you all posted.

its not impossible for it to say that. I think it says the creation date as the date sent out. Congrats it means your forms were sent out. Do everything quickly ok. Dont waste time

My I140 was also approved from NSC on oct 22. I am still waiting for the case to be transffered to NVC. Hopefully it will get in sometime next week. Keep posting updates from your end.

My 1-140 approved on 10/31/2001 and My case is created on Nov 8th.

Is your case is from VSC? NVC rd is the date when your case is created in NVC system i.e. they received your case officially.

Hi all
I just spoke to an operator at NVC:
My P3 was mailed to my attorney and the Chennai consulate on:Nov 6th
My P3 was created on Oct 29.
The AVM Message said that the P3 was mailed on Oct 29 itself, which apparently is wrong.
And this also supports the theory that NVC always creates P3\'s on Mon Tue and mails them the next Mon,Tue.

And i saw a few people in this forum whose P3s were created on Oct29,and i am sure that those were mailed out on Nov 6 as well.

Kudos to NVC for its efficient processing unlike the INS.

yes he is right

NVC RD is the date they entered your case in the system
NVC case is when the pkt created
NVC mailing is when they send it ot lawyer and consulate

how does one go into AVM for NVC.
I always go to operator.
Is there a key which we can press to go to AVM?
Does the INS AVM also reflect what NVC is currently doing or it just keeps saying this case has been approved.
I am confused between NVC AVM and INS AVM.

i notice

These days as soon as u call the operator pickes up. what i do is call at night then the machine picks up. No The Ins has no idea of what NVC is doing. Once the case is transferred there thats it. U now have to call 603 334 0700 and follow the instructions. Once your case is there the AVM will identify it.
It will say "your case is current....."
When the packet of forms has been mailed out it will say so to.
so just call again. What did the opeartor say to u?

do you use the same EAC( the one for INS VSC) to track on NVC AVM?
By the way what are the office hours for NVC?
The operator told me she cannot find my case.
