LUD on my I140 and I485 changed on 10/07/04 and 10/08/04 .This was due to an inquiry on my case theough my lawyer.So far no other progress.
 
LUD Due to Address change. Nothing interesting.

2nd AP - 10/1/04 - filed by myself

LUD on I485 - 8/4/04 - after FP.

another Oct filer

Mine I140/I485 eb-2 filed on 10/21/03. last LUD on I140 was on 10/12/04, no change in on-line message.
2nd EAD applied on 7/24/04, still pending.

looks like Oct. filers will have to wait for a while for their turn... :(
 
Just received email from USCIS -- They have issued RFE for my I-140.

I-140/1-485 - OCT 9th 2003 --PENDING !!

1st EAD/AP - DEC 2003

Applied for 2nd EAD - AUG 2004 --PENDING !!

Applied for 2nd AP - OCT 2004 --PENDING !!

I believe it will take a week to get the letter from USCIS.

I completed my FP sometime in June 04.

Could you please give some details like..how many employees does your employer have and do you have 3/4 year degree?

I am in the same range with ND 10/2/2003
FP done on 06/22/2004
No LUD or any word on neither 140 nor 485.
Got EAD2 and AP2 in the last week of September

I applied for EAD2 and AP2 between Jul 23 rd to Jul 28 by normal method (not e-filing). I don't remember exact date.

Its very strange in my case, I have applied for AP2 on July 19 (regular, not e-file) and its still pending. My I140/485 is filed on 09/30/03. FP done on 05/14/04.
Not sure what's going on with my AP2 and 140. I don't care at this moment about 485. I am planning to go India in Nov.

What a relief...at last after one year 20 days, my 140 approved today (10/20/04) and got the magic e-mail this evening. 485 LUD changed to 10/20/04.

Problem with Customer Service #

Hello,

Can someone please check your I-140 status by calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I believe their is some problem with just I-140 cases. I checked my EAD/AP cases and they work fine.
