I-485 Rfe

Hello,

NSC has issued RFE for my and wife's I-485. Not sure what the RFE is about.
My I-140 was approved on Nov 4th 04. I have submitted all the documents like birth certificate, marriage certificate, medical reports etc.

I-485 ND October 9th 2003.

For me and my wife an RFE was issued on 11/23/2004 for I-485. I had submitted medicals, DOB and affidavits. Waiting to know the rfe is for

I stay in Maryland but my labor, 140 and 485 are filed from Nebraska; FP was done in maryland...

Still waiting for both...
 
I-140 approved & I -485 ...

guys:
My I-140 was approved on Nov 30th; Same day, there was change in LUD of my 485, but no status change. Today, LUDs of all (my 140 & 485s of me an my wife) petitions changed; and RFE on my wife's 485. So waiting for the RFE in mail. Update u all later.
 
Any Updates

Any updates about retrogation for EB3 applicants ?? any news on when those stuck under ohato memo are going to be approved ??

Jan / Feb /March 2004 140/485 concurrent applicants please post if u have any info..
