called NSC today

I called the NSC this morning and it took me quite a while to get to speak with an Immigration Information Officer. Unfortunately, the officer said he cannot give me any informatiom since I am the beneficary rather than the petitioner of 140, my employer is eligible to inquire the case staus, but I am not. Before he entered my case No to the system, I told him my case was taking longer time than normal and he said they are changing procedures and all cases are taking longer than used to. Hope this information may help you guys somehow. Thanks.

AD is 5/3/02

i haven\'t received the mail confirmation yet! but the automated message says the case has been approved!whats making me nervous is that there are people who applied well before me and they did not get a response!
is the automated message any good?

To VcYedla If AVM is stating then your case is approved

It may take some time to receive the papers about 7 to 10 days, Have you done masters ? and you are EB2 ?

Nice to hear your case.

Could you please post your case details whether it is EB2 or EB3. And it may be RIR. Which state you are applied from.

EB2 - masters / experience

I am wondering with the questions going around. Does it matter if EB2 is with masters or if it is with progressive experience of 5/7 years.

Can someone add to this. Also are we having any people reading these posts and not posting themselves. I would like to urge everyone to post with approvals and RFE\'s so that we all can get very valuble information.
 
One of my friends

On of friends RFE got approved, his REF RD was dated 3/23/2002, EB2/RIR and AD is 5/3/2002

Arrival Date(AD):02/26/02
Notice Date(ND): 02/07/02
Approval Date: 05/09/02.

Yes It is !!!

My attorny usually sends it in Fedex. And usually gets the RD and ND same. I got the receipt of I-140 with me. It clearly shows both
RD and ND the same date.
