NSC Approvals Tracking Part VII -- Starting Apr. 15, 2002.

Is it correct that BS + 5 years experiance EB2/RIR is taking more time to process? because if you see the list posted by ptime, we can see all are EB2.
    Can we request people to post the degree so that this might be not the reason for delay ?
 
FYI

Just wanted to let you know that the AVM at the NSC has changed from 60 to 75 days to 60 to 90 days. I submitted evidence for my RFE and they received it 04/27. Watching others in the same situation, I have seen maximum time of 6 weeks after RFE was replied to. Lets hope that the ones that are waiting hear some good news soon.

My case was approved yesterday, long wait though...

Given the present situation and the time it took my neighbour to get through (45 days with the same RD) and considering my limited stay in the US, I was expecting a time frame of around mid June.

But the \'two fat ladies\' turned out to be lucky for me.

Patience Pays is the Key..The cases are moving after a Lil hault..we all will have a day and get our cases approved.

I am very happy for you TungFong. All my congratulations.

Anyway it will not change anything in my situation if they approve my case in the the next 3 weeks as i am planning to go home for a month and I will not apply for the next stage until my wife is here in August.
Last time I took 3 days vacation for the East cost and my case got approve. So this time I am going further East and hoprfuly my case will be approved before my return date.
But I would to see the I-140 process move faster for all of you guys.

See TungFong in the next stage in couple months if you are going for AOS. Otherwise wife safe journey to your homeland

I got details on my RFE. INS wants more proof that my employer can pay me the wages written on my application. Can anyone with similar problem tell me what kinda document they generally look for.

my lawyer and company are not giving the case No. Is there any email, like LCA-Chicago email id to get the 140 cases filed by my employer..

As far as I know there is no sttus tracking thru e-mail for I 140.I wonder what ur lair..err.. Lawyer and ur employer gain by not giving u the details.
 
Is anyone keeping track

Instead of asking for anyone else to do it, i could probably do it myself....but I have not had a copy of the file. Is anyone having a copy of the tracking file. we could update it with the recent approvals & it could help us better understand the current patters.
